RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Because of Amber. We endeavor to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.  

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

To Begin the Return Process

You can now start your return through our self-serve return portal. 

1.) Log in or create an account using the same email used at checkout. CLICK HERE

2.) Select your order and choose Request Return.

3.) Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

A flat $7.95 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit if you use our prepaid label. You may also ship your return on your own at your own expense using a trackable, insured service (please include your order number inside the package).

If you experience any issues accessing your account, please email info@becauseofamber.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you will be returning.

Store Credit

Store credit will be provided to you via gift card. Please make sure you have the correct email address on file.
